What do I need to get started?
Just a high-speed internet connection and a device to watch on. Download the TVS Hub app, enter your credentials, and you're live.
What devices does it work on?
TVS Hub runs on Windows, Linux, and Android TV boxes. Mac support is coming soon.
How do I pay?
We accept Interac e-Transfer. Prices are in Canadian funds.
Are there contracts?
No contracts. Pay monthly and cancel any time.
Can I watch from outside Canada?
Yes — TVStreams works anywhere in the world as long as you have a high-speed internet connection.
Do I have to use the TVS Hub app?
Not at all. TVS Hub is our recommended app and the easiest way to get started, but TVStreams works with any Xtream Codes compatible player. Popular alternatives include TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, GSE Smart IPTV, Kodi, XCIPTV, and many others.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 15 Mbps for a smooth experience. Many customers get by with speeds as low as 7–12 Mbps, but 15 Mbps or higher will give you the best picture quality with no buffering.
Does it work on an Amazon Fire Stick?
Yes. The Fire Stick runs Android, so any of the compatible apps — including TVS Hub — can be sideloaded and used with your TVStreams subscription.
Does it work on a Roku device?
No. Roku does not support the apps that TVStreams requires. If you have a Roku, you would need a different device such as an Android TV box, Fire Stick, or a phone or tablet.
Does it work on a MAG box?
Yes. MAG boxes are compatible. Just mention it when you order and we will make sure your credentials are set up correctly for your device.
Can I share my subscription with another household?
Yes — the credentials are yours to use as you wish.
Why are some channels freezing or not loading?
Occasional freezing can be caused by your internet connection, local network congestion, or a temporary issue with the channel's feed source. Try restarting your app or switching to a different channel and back. If a specific channel is consistently down, contact us and we will look into it.
