Step 1 — Choose Your Plan

Step 2 — Send an Interac e-Transfer

Send your payment to:

In the message field of the transfer, include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Which plan you are ordering (e.g. 6 months)

This is how we match your payment to your account. If the message field is left blank, setup may be delayed.

Step 3 — We Set You Up

Once your payment is confirmed, we will email your login credentials to the address you provided. This is typically done the same day, often within a few hours.

If you have not received your credentials within 24 hours, please contact us through the TVStreams.ca website.

Renewals

To renew, simply send another e-Transfer before your subscription expires. Renewing early does not forfeit any time — your new period starts from the end of your current subscription.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once your credentials have been issued, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a problem with the service, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. See our Terms of Service for full details.
